Good day,
The very charismatic duo Exlipse (pronounced Eclipse) consists of members Javed and Ricardo. Having been best friends for more than 5 years, they share a close bond that makes them stand out to other groups. Not only are they vibrant and down-to-earth but also brilliant singers and performers. They have recently placed in the top 10 finals of Triple Century's Battle of The Voice Competition at which they received high praises week after week. In addition, they have been performing at various events such as Pulse, Sandals Hotel and at Phoenix Theatre to name a few. They currently won the online voting for Red Stripe JUSS BUSS competition due to their fan base.
Their philosophy is that "As young men we should use our talent to make a positive contribution and inspire others to work hard towards their goals". With that being said, their videos doing covers of popular songs have gone viral on social media including Facebook and Instagram and they have attracted a following; many of which have applauded their talent and charisma and has inspired other upcoming musicians to continue doing what they love in order to reach their goal as well.
As an independent group/duo they have been doing considerably well, considering the fact they currently are unsigned and haven't really got a manager or marketing team behind them. In addition to their style, charisma and brilliant voices they are also incredible song writers who are currently working on original material and have been doing studio time to get their new music out for the new year. Their new unreleased single titled "Secret" featuring upcoming dj Najee is set to be released late 2018. Hailing from Spanish Town and Portmore, Jamaica their music styles consists of reggae, rnb, reggae pop and tropical house giving them a standout persona to their peers. Their is a huge gap in the industry for local male duo/groups and Exlipse has just the right amount of talent, image and personality to fill that gap. With the right team and promotion they will be sure to put Jamaica back on the music map where groups are concerned to follow in the footsteps of acts such as L.U.S.T, Morgan Heritage, One Third and Sky & Ro. BIO: MY NAME IS RICHARD ANTHONY MORGAN ARTIST NAME (RICHAMORG) 22 YEARS OLD, BORN AND RAISED IN KINGSTON JAMAICA ON JULY 27, 1995, WHERE I GROW UP IN A COMMUNITY CALLED ROSE GARDEN BUT POPULAR KNOWN AS (SPOILAZ). AND NOW RESIDES IN NEW YORK CITY. WHERE I'M PURSUING MY CAREER IN MUSIC, I GREW UP IN A FAMILY HOUSEHOLD WITCH CONSIST OF COUSINS, UNCLE AND AUNTS,ALSO MY MOM AND DAD AND MY TWO OLDER SISTERS AND MY LITTLE BROTHER . I ALSO HAVE 2 MORE BROTHER THAT DID'T RAISE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AS I DID. ONE IS OLDER THAN I AM AND THE OTHER IS YOUNGER THAN ME. GROWING UP I ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT LOVE FOR MUSIC BASICALLY EVERYTHING THAT IS CONSIST OF ENTERTAINMENT BUT MUSIC HAS BEEN MY PASSION FROM AN EARLY AGE WHEN I USE TO DO RECORDINGS WITH MY DAD ALSO WITH ONE OF MY BEST FRIEND EVERYDAY AFTER SCHOOL. I ALSO DID HAVE A PASSION FOR MODELING AS I DID GET AN OPPORTUNITY IN MODELING SO I START TO JUST FOCUSING ON MODELING BUT YET STILL I STILL HAVE MUSIC IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD, I'M A YOUNG MAN THAT ALWAYS FIND MYSELF IN SOME ACTIVITIES TO DO I WAS KNOWN FOR DOING EVERYTHING IN DRAMA IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, I WAS ALSO THE TOP DRAMA STUDENT IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. AND I WAS ALSO APART OF AN MARCHING BAND IN JAMAICA CALLED (EAGLES DRUM AND BUGLE CORP) FOR 11 YEARS WHERE I WAS A SENIOR LEADING TRI-TOM PLAYER, AND HOLD THE RANK AS A SENIOR CORPORAL. BEING APART OF THAT MARCHING BAND THAT'S HOW I GOT MY FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO PERFORM AT THE MARTIN LUTHER KING BIRTHDAY PARADE IN TAMPA FLORIDA. MY MAIN REASON TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE IS THAT I CAN HELP MY FAMILY AND PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD THAT'S DISABLE AND IS IN-NEED STARTING FROM MY OWN COMMUNITY THAT I GROW UP IN. REASON BEEN I WAS'T RAISE RICH BUT MY FATHER DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER FOR ME AND MY SIBLINGS TO HAVE A GOOD LIFE. AND TO IMAGINE THE ONES OUT THEIR THAT CAN'T HELP THEM-SELF AND DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO BE THEIR TO THEIR RESCUE, IT PAINS MY HEART TO SEE THAT SO I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THE WORLD BY OFFERING MY HELP. THAT'S WHY I HOPE AND PRAY TO GOD EVERYDAY THAT I COULD BE SUCCESSFUL IN MY CAREER TO DO GOOD.
